Delivery 

We deliver to most parts of Great Britain.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail. 

Normal postal lead times are 1-3 working days. Please also be advised that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your parcel. Please allow for maximum delivery times of 14 days from your order. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.

Delivery Costs 
Orders under £50.00 – £5.00
Orders over £50.00 – FREE

If you are not in a country within Great Britain. Please contact us as we will try and help. 

Collection 

Orders can be collected free of charge, from our Brackley or Witney clinics. Allow 2 working days for us to prepare your order. We will email you when your order is ready for collection.
