We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £25 charge.

Failure to Attend (No-Show)

If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying the clinic, a £25 charge will apply.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future appointments requiring a deposit or, in some circumstances, the clinic declining to offer further appointments.
